Wes leads the analytics team at TRC Insights pulling from his analytics and data science background (BS: Statistics & Economics; MS: Statistics), in conjunction with years (15+) of client engagement and project experience. As a constant learner he actively immerses himself in industry advances via articles, webinars, and conferences, though will admit that choice-based techniques are a personal fav to implement. He also drives the company’s R&D efforts seeking innovation in a variety of areas, including AI applications and automation.
Always accessible to clients and the internal team, he regularly consults on project direction at both the technical (methodological) and the big-picture perspectives. His aptitude to read data and synthesize across information sources, to go from broad (goals) to narrow (data) to broad (summary) again, results in clear executive-level storytelling.
